Untangle: Night Sky ("the App") is developed by NextAd ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
The App has no accounts and no sign-in. It never asks for personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
On-device data. Your level progress, stars, and settings are stored on your device only. They are never uploaded to us and are erased when you uninstall the App.
Attribution & marketing measurement. To understand which marketing campaigns bring players to the App and whether those players enjoy it, we use Adjust, a mobile measurement partner. When you install and play, the Adjust SDK sends:

Usage analytics. To understand how the game is played and improve it, we use Google Firebase Analytics. The Firebase SDK sends anonymous, aggregated information such as:

The App does not show ads, does not contain in-app purchases, and includes no third-party advertising SDKs.
On iOS, the App does not access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and therefore never shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork may report an install to the network that referred it, without identifying you.
We use the information above only to attribute installs to marketing campaigns, measure how well those campaigns perform, understand which levels players reach, and fix problems. We do not use it to make decisions about you individually.
Attribution and marketing measurement are provided by Adjust, which processes the identifiers and event signals described above as our service provider, under our instructions. See Adjust's Privacy Policy.
Usage analytics are provided by Google Firebase Analytics. Google processes this data in accordance with its own policies; see Google's Privacy Policy and How Firebase uses data.
The App uses no other third-party SDKs.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Aggregated, non-identifying attribution results — for example, that an install came from a particular ad campaign — may be shared with the advertising network that referred that install.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ads, which prevents it from being used for attribution. On iOS you can limit tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device.
Data stored on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall the App. Attribution records held by Adjust on our behalf are retained no longer than needed for marketing measurement, in line with Adjust's retention settings.
To request deletion of the attribution records associated with your device, email dev@nextad.ai with the subject line "Delete My Data — Untangle". Please include your device's advertising ID so we can locate the records. We will action the request within 30 days.
We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Attribution information may be processed on servers operated by Adjust in the United States, Europe, and other countries.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
